Projects – inhouse HR support
An organisation in the agribusiness wanted to have the job descriptions for all ‘above labour agreement’ level positions drawn up and graded after a merger. - Fill in for the HR manager during absence
- Projectmanagement for harmonising the variable reward schemes

Duration: 3 months

Client: Kawasaki Motors Europe
Question: develop and facilitate a performance management workshop
We divided the workshop into sessions for the Japanese senior management and sessions for middle management. The main focus of the first session was providing insights into the theory of performance management. In the middle management session we dealt with theory, but also focussed on day-to-day practice. The participants had the possibility to share knowledge and practice with each other. As a result, the performance management goals for the coming years were accepted and clear to all and understanding between the different disciplines improved.
